1. Our Services
Al-Huda by Dr. Farhat Hashmi provides one-to-one online Quranic Arabic, Tafseer, Tarjuma, Tajweed, Hifz-ul-Quran and Islamic Studies classes delivered via video call by qualified teachers.
2. Free Trial Classes
New students are entitled to one free trial class per household. The trial class is offered to help you assess our teaching style and is not a guarantee of ongoing enrollment.
3. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment in a monthly plan requires payment in advance for the billing period. Fees are shown in your selected currency for convenience; the amount charged may be converted from PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at checkout.
4. Scheduling & Makeup Classes
Class timings are agreed between the student and teacher. We offer reasonable rescheduling and makeup classes for missed sessions where advance notice is given, at our discretion.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for classes delivered are non-refundable; unused prepaid classes may be credited toward a future month at our discretion.
6. Student & Parent Conduct
We expect students and parents to treat teachers respectfully and to attend scheduled classes on time. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in the loss of the reserved slot.
7. Teacher Assignment
We assign teachers based on gender preference, course requirements and availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for a change of teacher.
8. Intellectual Property
Course materials, class recordings and website content are the property of Al-Huda by Dr. Farhat Hashmi and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality teaching but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or timelines, as progress depends on individual effort, consistency and other factors.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
